Payments:
- Payments
are to be made in U.S. Dollars.
- Your personal
check is accepted with your name and address imprinted on it.
Otherwise, if you are sending a bank check or cashier's check,
be sure that you also send your return address.
- Payments

- Payments

Cancellation,
Notification and Refund Policy:
- If you
cancel and notify us prior to 30 days of your initial arrival
date, all monies will be returned that were paid toward that initial
arrival date or you may reschedule your replacement arrival and
departure dates without penalty.
- If you
cancel and notify us within 30 days of your initial arrival date
and we are able to rent all the nights you initially reserved,
you will receive all monies back that were paid less your deposit.
- If you
cancel and notify us within 30 days of your initial arrival date
and we are able to rent only some of the nights you initially
reserved, the deposit is not returned to you and the remainder
of the monies you paid is returned to you prorated by the ratio
of the number of nights we rented the condo during your initial
arrival and initial departure dates divided by the total number
of nights initially reserved.
- If you
cancel and notify us within 30 days of your initial arrival date
and we are not able to rent any of the nights between your initial
arrival and initial departure dates, no monies that were paid
are returned to you.
- If you
are a no-show after paying for your reserved nights, no monies
that were paid are returned to you.
- If you
reserve nights and arrive and stay in the condo for only some
of your reserved nights, no monies that were paid are returned
to you.
